Brad is a highly respected engine builder and performance engineer based in Shepparton, Australia.
Brad has spent years designing, building, and refining high performance race engines for Jet Sprint Boats. His engines and complete Jet Sprint Boat builds have powered teams to numerous national and international podiums. Every project is built with the same standard: elite level performance, race day reliability, and zero guesswork.

Meet Lauren, JRE Workshop Assistant
Lauren is Brad’s Workshop Assistant and an important part of JRE Racing Solutions’ workflow. She plays a key role in Jet Sprint Boat teardowns, part cleaning, and preparation, ensuring every component is spotless and ready for inspection or reassembly.
Beyond the workshop, Lauren is also Brad’s wife and the glue that keeps their family together, raising their two children while balancing life at home with the busy world of racing. Her support across both family and business makes her contribution to JRE invaluable.
With strong attention to detail and consistency, Lauren ensures that everything, whether in the shed, at the track, or behind the scenes, meets the same high standard JRE is known for.
Meet Melanie, JRE Brand Experience Manager
Melanie is the one who makes things happen at JRE behind the scenes. The organiser and the voice behind the brand. She manages JRE’s marketing, social media, and merchandise, making sure our work and our gear reach the right people in the right way.
From managing client stories and building our online presence, to leading the JRE merchandise range and keeping projects moving behind the scenes, Melanie is the “get things done” force in the team.
